I recently started reading The Happiness Project by Gretchen Ruben and without getting into the nitty grittys about how great this book is, it has inspired me to change some things about my life.

In the book (website & blog), Gretchen discusses her "Four Splendid Truths" which are her 4 easy lessons (or realizations) to be happier. This is where the second splendid truth comes into play with this blog:

One of the best ways to make yourself happy is to make other people happy; 

One of the best ways to make other people happy is to be happy yourself.

Simply put and trying not to be full of cheese, I'd like to share my happiness (and maybe a tiny little bit of not-as-much-happiness) with you. Whether it be through my knitwear collection, random photos, random photos of my dog, other blogs, music, anything pretty; I'd like to think that it could launch some smiles your way.. even if its for a second or two.
